Key Responsibilities
- Network Monitoring & Management: Actively monitor the network for alarms and critical issues. Manage trouble tickets, track events, and ensure timely resolution of all network-related problems.
- Incident Response: Analyze and report network outages. Escalate alarms and incidents according to established protocols, providing clear Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and status updates.
- Communication & Reporting: Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams and customers. Share daily reports, outage updates, and other critical information via email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Field Team Support: Provide technical support to field teams to assist with on-site issues and ensure efficient resolution.
- Data & Analysis: Collect and interpret data from various sources to analyze site statuses, fuel levels, and network performance.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 12-18 months of experience in the telecommunications field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong technical background may also be considered.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and network diagnostic skills.
- Solid understanding of system and network infrastructures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex networking issues to a variety of audiences.
- Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new products and technologies.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
