Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations and maintenance of telecom tower sites.
- Perform and monitor scheduled maintenance activities at sites.
- Respond to site faults, conduct troubleshooting, and ensure site cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the Tower Operating Center to resolve site alarms.
- Take over new sites from the project team and report any issues found.
- Monitor and manage fuel usage at each site.
- Conduct preventive maintenance for telecom assets.
- Deploy and manage caretakers at site locations.
- Handle and ensure monthly meter bill payments.
- Prevent and minimize site outages through active monitoring and response.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in MP, EP, MC, or EC Engineering fields).
- Experience in power equipment maintenance is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecom-related industries.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, especially for power-related issues.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel and work across Myanmar.
- Flexible to work during non-standard working hours.
- Able to work independently and within a team environment.
