Job Responsibilities
- Lead regular governance meetings with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the Energy Manager, TOC Manager, and Asset Care Manager to achieve operational KPIs and SLAs, including energy performance goals.
- Oversee Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities for all facility equipment on customer sites, including:
- Rectifier systems
- AC/DC boxes
- Batteries
- Transformers
- Generators
- Power distribution systems
- Power substations
- Air conditioning units
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in the planning, design, or maintenance of passive telecom infrastructure.
- Strong skills in team management, task coordination, and database systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Basic understanding of finance principles and budgeting processes.
- Excellent reporting and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and investigative skills.
- Adaptable and open-minded approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Willingness to participate in emergency response activities related to network operations.
- Capable of leading and guiding team members effectively.
