Job Responsibilities
- Manage incident escalation, alarm handling, and incident prioritization across the network
- Supervise and evaluate performance of the TOC shift team
- Oversee daily network monitoring and operations
- Handle customer communications via email, Viber groups, and calls
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to shift engineers
- Prepare and review daily site uptime reports
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer experience
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical & Electronics, or Communication Engineering
- Minimum 12–18 months of experience in the telecom field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively address and explain networking issues
- Good network diagnostic skills with practical experience in network/system infrastructure
- Able to work in a high-pressure team environment and manage multiple issues efficiently
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written
