Job Responsibilities
- Share daily RCA reports, customer emails, and updates via Viber and relevant communication channels
- Provide technical support to field teams during shift operations
- Monitor network status, update SOC, and manage trouble ticketing systems
- Report critical alarms and outages; perform outage analysis and manage site access
- Submit daily reports including site status and fuel level updates
- Handle alarm notifications, escalate issues appropriately, and update RCA and issue resolution status
- Maintain effective communication and relationship with customers
- Track and follow up on incidents and network events
Job Requirements
- Minimum 12–18 months of experience in the telecom field
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to effectively communicate technical issues related to networking
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, systems, and products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and act on data from multiple sources
