Key Responsibilities
- Engine Overhaul: Lead and perform major and minor engine overhauls in collaboration with the workshop team.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and direct a sub-team to complete overhaul projects efficiently.
- Performance Management: Ensure the sub-team meets monthly targets and work plans.
- Problem Solving: Investigate engine issues, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement effective solutions.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with site engineers to pre-check engines at sites that require major or minor overhauls.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), or AGTI diploma in Mechanical Power (MP), Mechatronics (MC), Electrical Power (EP), or Electronics (EC).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in engine overhauling. Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- Strong ability to independently troubleshoot and analyze engine issues.
- Demonstrated capability to lead and manage a sub-team.
- Personal Attributes:
- Strong interest in engine overhauling.
- Willingness to travel to various regions.
